What is the NeuroPawn Biopotential Kit?

The Biopotential Kit is a complete starter setup for live brain and biosignal data — Knight Board, EEG headset, electrodes, paste, ear clip, and USB-C cable. Stream EEG, EMG, ECG, and EOG the moment it arrives, with support for paradigms like SSVEP, motor imagery, and P300 via BrainFlow.

Does it work with BrainFlow and LSL?

Yes. NeuroPawn hardware is BrainFlow- and LSL-ready so you can record and stream in the languages and tools you already use.

Which operating systems are supported?

Windows, macOS, and Linux — including the EXG Visualizer, BrainFlow, and LSL. Serial-port names and setup details are in the docs FAQ.

Is shipping free?

Orders over $100 CAD qualify for free shipping. Exact shipping costs for other orders are shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping is available upon request, but will incur additional charges. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in NeuroPawn’s product or shipping prices.

What is your refund and replacement policy?

You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering if the package has not yet shipped. We replace defective or damaged products under the terms in our Refund & Replacement Policy.

How do I choose headset size?

Measure head circumference and pick Small (48–52 cm), Medium (52–58 cm), or Large (58–64 cm). You can choose size when customizing a kit in the shop.

Is this a medical diagnostic device?

No. NeuroPawn products are for research, education, and development — not for clinical diagnosis or medical treatment.
